    For sale is a vintage brass license plate topper, weighing 2.8 oz., with a 1/4" square mounting hole, and measuring 4-3/8" tall, and 2-13/16" wide at its widest point.  Signed "U.S. Power Squadrons" with thirteen{13} stars and a anchor logo, it is in excellent overall condition, showing normal use and wear, with any cleaning and detailing left up to you.
