This fun listing is one lot of a large group of vintage dolls (Barbies, Madame Alexanders, Ginnys and many others), clothing, and accessories, most dating to the 1960s, which we are offering for sale over the next few weeks. Please be sure to save us to your favorite sellers list and check back often.
Today we are delighted to offer for sale a sweet vintage R&B Arranbee hard plastic doll with period clothing!
This doll dates to the 1950s and has the sweetest face.  She is a strawberry blonde doll with her hair in what appears to be its original style, pulled back in a pony tail with bangs.  She has a hard plastic doll jointed at the neck, shoulders and hips.  Painted light brows, blushed cheeks, red bow lips and blue sleep eyes.
She is wearing a cute outfit which we believe is homemade, comprised of a blue cotton short sleeved blouse, print cotton skirt trimmed in yellow over a separate shorter plaid cotton skirt.  She has a plaid print pair of panties and matching head scarf.  Her shoes are original oil cloth lace up booties.
Her second outfit is a handmade knitted skating ensemble with a yellow top with leg-o-mutton sleeves attached to green panties, a green skirt with straps which button in the back and a yellow knit bonnet.  Also included is an extra handmade homemade skirt with yellow trim which can mix and match with the cotton pieces she's wearing, and a pink waistband/belt with rick tack trim.  We've added a pair of red shoes with pom poms, a pair of blue shoes, and a rare red suede hobo type handbag with vinyl trim.
Items are in good, as-found vintage condition, with discoloration and wear commensurate with age, storage and light play.
There may be some musty smells associated with the doll or her clothing.

oll is in very good condition with no breaks or losses.  Her wig was probably reglued at some point in her life because there is old glue residue on the sides of her head.  She has been lightly cleaned but could use a thorough cleaning. Her eyes open and close well.  Clothes are in good condition but could use a light laundering and pressing.
