. Condition is Used. Measures 5 1/8" x 2 5/8".
It Appears to Possibly be made of Copper or Brass.
This Topper h
as the Hole to be bolted onto the License Plate as well as the Small Holes in Each Corner to be Wired to the Vehicle Radiator. Some Corrosion and dullness to surface. Waviness. Embossed words/images are not as sharp as they once were.
