Semi-fitted and slightly flared dress, 2" (5cm) below mid-knee length has shoulder pads, self lined shoulder yokes, side panels (no side seams), skirt front zipper, self or contrast neck band and front band, side seam pockets, two-piece sleeves gathered at cap and self ruffle neckline and sleeves.  Purchased belts.  View A has contrast hemline and purchased piping.
