    This has blue & green cloisonné & is chrome plated. Double sided auto tape on the back. This event began in 1986 as a celebration in auto design & a fundraiser for Detroit Institute Of Ophthalmology. The event has grown & continues today. The name now changed to Eyes On Design. A quality collectible to place in a frame, display stand or on your vehicle if you want to!!
