Vintage 10" Hand painted felt Christmas elf Annalee doll?

Description

This felt Christmas elf measures 10". It has no label so I am unsure the maker. It came with several other Annalee dolls I have listed. The face seems to be hand painted. It will not stand on its own and the only condition issue I can report is that the neck is not firm but a little floppy yet will still hold a pose. There are no stains, tears, or fading to the felt.
