    Trader-BOB's MUSIC offers a Vintage  4 Stringed  instrument. Maker, model, instrument unknown.  Have searched internet, nothing like this popped up. With the severly rounded fret board, it might have been played with a bow? Very well made. 19" long, 10-1/2" wide, 15" scale length, 1-1/8" body thickness. There is a segment broken off the tailpiece, does not deter the playability. Crack it the left side, (viewed standing up), from the soundhole, to the bottom. Feels like a cleat inside, but it misses the crack.  Surface finish cracks, and signs of wear. Small seam separation, last picture. Someone's name on the masking tape strip on the back.  Looks like it had feet on it, so it played like an autoharp, laying down. A little bit of a PROJECT. Maybe someone can shed some light on what this really is?
