Comfort company maxx cushion comes with a non-skid bottom and hook and loop attachments, as well as user choice of a flat or round bottom rigid insert. Maxx cushion features tapered lateral and medial thigh supports to align the legs, while the pre-ischial ridge decreases forward migration of the pelvis.
