This is an old metal Chevrolet Foundry badge that was my dad's badge as he worked at the foundry in Saginaw, MI.
He had a duplicate as one of these has already been sold a couple weeks ago.
It is in good shape with only very minor wear.  Needs minor cleaning as I did not clean it.
