This Shohei Ohtani bobblehead was a stadium give away at a Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim baseball game on April, 16 2021 to commemorate him being the first Japanese-born player in MLB history to hit for the cycle (single, double, triple and home run in the same game) on June, 13, 2019 against the Tampa Bay Rays. It features Shohei holding a bat while sitting on a unicycle. It is new in its original box.
