Pre-owned.  No chips, cracks or breaks that I can see.  There are small imperfections - eye off center glass rib in a slightly different place that other figures.  Cute, as cute can be.
Items listed as vintage items may need some sort of cleaning, we will leave that to the buyer of the item. Other than a quick wipe down of the item or box we do not want to risk altering the item.
