These are men's

They are made from smooth and lightly stretchy 93% polyester/7% spandex microfiber fabric.
They are a men's size 36 waist. Laying flat they measure 19"-20" (stretch fabric) across the top of the waistband. The rise (crotch seam to top of the waistband) measures 12". Laying flat they measure 11.5" across the hems and the inseams are 10" long.
