New, never used or displayed Disney's Mary Poppins youth size parrot head handle umbrella with original box.  I only opened the box to take photos and check the condition.  Diameter of open umbrella is approximately 29.5".  Length of umbrella/handle is approximately 23".  Condition is near mint to mint.
