Ludwig Kingston Tenor Banjo #4561 w/Original Hard Case & Key 1925/26?

Here is an antique Ludwig Kingston tenor Banjo in its original hard case with its key.   It is in very good condition as you can see in the pics, with very minor wear from use.   I am not an expert in instruments by any means, please ask questions if need be.  I am selling this and a few other banjos/guitars to help a friend settle an estate.
I think condition is superb on this one, and I see no damage to it.  The case shows wear from storage, and I believe the handle was replaced at some point in its lifetime.
It has beautifully done marquetry and inlaid mother of pearl.
