Acquired from government surplus. As you know with most government agencies, when a new grant comes in, they have to justify the grant by buying new equipment leaving very useful equipment for surplus.
Comes as shown!  Powers up, unit spins. Cosmetic wear including some markings in marker from previous owner.    Runs loud.  I am not totally sure how it is supposed to work.   Seems to run loud screeching on the upper levels. Over 00 new!   May be working properly but since I am unfamiliar, sold as is as described.
