    Description

KENTUCKY BUTTON. .23.3 MM. Non-Dug. Not 100% sure about It..
🛑 a fellow ebayer just sent me a message saying this was more than likely a repo button , so I’ll take his opinion and say that❗️I do not want to ever be associated with selling repo as real. 🛑
▪️It was purchased at the old Huge Nashville Fairgrounds Flea Market about 20 years ago. I liked it and may have paid too much for it, but at the time, I had not dug a Kentucky button, so it went in my case.
🔹I am slowly liquidating my 50 plus years of collecting, so I’m offering my non-dug items to EBAY friends & collectors 1st
🔺If not sold here, I reserve the right to sell at upcoming Civil War shows.
▪️I’ve compared it to button books & it could be an unmarked local or an English import, just can’t get a feel for sure on it.
▪️It could always be a UCV BUTTON worn in parades & Reunions
▪️It could also be a replica or an early re-enactor used button.
I’m definitely not an expert at anything, so I can’t say for sure
I collect mainly dug relics, so it’s going to market on EBAY.
Whether it’s right or not, it sure does look good in a display.
▪️I’m not out to deceive anyone, it may be a good period button but also could be a later made button.
I’m gonna start it out cheap, because I’m not sure. GOOD LUCK.
