We refurbish our computers with the customer's needs in mind. Your first impression is our highest standard, and that's why we designed our refurbishing process to produce computers that look great and just work right out of the box. We utilize a state of the art automated refurbishing solution along side experienced technicians to test and inspect the hardware to assure full functionality.
During the refurbishing process three main points are assessed:
1. Functionality
Each part is tested individually for full functionality before being installed or used in a computer or laptop, including CPU, memory, speakers and webcam. Hard drives are tested for bad sectors. Drives that exceed normal usage for the particular drive types are replaced. Laptop batteries are tested for minimum charge capacity and are replaced if below set thresholds. Likewise, the keyboard is tested for non-functional keys and replaced accordingly.
2. Cosmetic Quality
Each computer or laptop is inspected for cleanliness and cosmetic defects and graded based on industry standards. Because these are refurbished items we only pass through items that will be 4 out of 5 stars for refurbished products. (4 out of 5 Stars means there will be some scratches or rubbing to the metal and plastic cases.)
3. Longevity
Our goal is to evaluate current technology and match the functionality of our refurbished products as closely as possible to new products being sold today.

SHIPPING
All items will ship on the next business day, if expedited shipping is required, please send us a message prior to checkout.
RETURNS
Buyer's Remorse period is 30 Days, the item must be returned in the exact condition it was received in, including all accessories and peripherals.
There is a 60 Day Return/Replacement period for all items sold, Manufacturer Warranty will be included in the listing if applicable.
All items will have the serial number scanned prior to shipment, if you are purchasing multiple items, please inform us of the serial number being returned prior to shipment. Items received back that do not match the serial number scanned at shipment will not be refunded.
