Hagen Renaker Papa Panda and Baby Panda

These are Hagen Renaker pandas.  One is a papa bear and the other is a younger panda.  They both have some crazing on their white parts which is not unusual for ceramic considering they date back to the year 2000.  Hagen Renaker was founded by husband and wife John and Maxine Renaker in their garage in 1945 in Culver City, Ca.  With the help of Maxine's father, Ole Hagen, the couple built their first factory in Monrovia, Ca in 1946.  Unfortunately, the business closed in 2021.  The papa panda measures 1 3/4" high and 1 1/2" wide.  The younger panda measures 1 3/8" high and 1" wide.  Both are in very good condition with no chips. Come from a smoke free home.
