Thanks for taking a look. I am a car guy and collector, my name is Dave Kinney, and I live in Virginia, USA. (Google me if you wish). Please note that all of these collectibles are owned personally by me.
I have been collecting for over 50 years (I started with Matchbox and Dinky cars at age 7.) At age 15, I started working for an Exotic and Collector car dealer and I was hooked. Throughout my life, I have collected car stuff. Little stuff, big stuff, expensive stuff, and cheaper stuff.
I'm ready to let go of many of my treasures, as space (or lack of it) and time (my mortality) are not infinite.
Where did this stuff come from and how long have I owned it?
Not surprisingly, all over the place. Other collectors, auctions (Both in the US and abroad), events such as introduction parties, the purchase of other collections, antique stores, swap meets, close-out sales, eBay (but not much) and buying in bulk (25 items just to get the ONE I wanted...sound familiar?)  You get the picture. I haven't bought much in the past ten years, most of these pieces have been in my possession for the past 25-35 years.
