    Description

    Item listed is an AD-EZ "Adjustment Easy" Precision Adjustable Setup Parallel Block PT#AP65. The Height can be adjusted from 1.75" to 2.12" with the use of a 5/16 Allen wrench. Top and bottom of blocks are flat and parallel within .002 and have a Black Oxide finish. These are made of non-hardened 1018 steel and can hold 1400 lbs for screw adjustment and a can take 3000 lbs of clamping pressure. These are very popular on vertical, horizontal mills, vert. boring mills, inspection and welding. When you are making parts with various heights, bent or warped parts or just need support without having to make a special block, these are the answer. NO MORE SHIMS WITH A PRY-BAR. The width is 2.875" and the depth is 2.25". Most of the guys who use these put a brass shim on the mating face to protect the finish. SAVES A TON OF TIME AND AGGRAVATION.
