    Original chrome badge license plate topper from the British Automobile Association of India, notably Upper India with a member number of #4976 at bottom. Believerd to be from the 1950s to 1960s. Has an orange double enameled back plate and has only minor wear. No corrosion issues.  Measures about 5" X 3 3/4" inches.
