I believe this badge is from the 1930s and no later than the 1940s.
Badge is chrome over brass with painted enamel background (I believe it is brass as a magnet will not stick to it).
Measures 3 1/8" x 4 1/8"
Very good condition for age - does show some paint loss.  Refer to photos.
